Both mechanical ventilation systems and balanced ventilation with heat recovery (WTW) are compatible with Aerfoam, Ubbink's insulated duct system. It is a time-saving solution that meets the highest demands. Aerfoam improves the performance of the installations and limits energy consumption: it prevents condensation, heat loss and dampens noise.

No tools are required to install Ubbink's duct systems. The couplings are used to mechanically connect ducts and fittings. A mechanical connection means no tape is required, allowing the installation to be disassembled (useful when cleaning) and creating a continuous smooth inner wall. The use of the insulating jacket reduces noise in ventilation ducts, resulting in a low-noise ventilation system. Ubbink's Aerfoam bracket is made of plastic and Expanded Polyethylene (EPE) as insulation. A light, elastic, easy to cut and impact resistant material that will not rust. This specific Aerfoam bracket has a diameter of Ø 150 mm.
