Saddle
A saddle piece is an accessory that allows a 45° or 90° branch to be made on round spiro ducts. Unlike a T-piece, a saddle piece can be placed directly on the duct rather than between the ducts. This makes it very suitable for creating a branch from an existing duct. Saddles are also suitable for branching directly onto a spiro duct with a smaller diameter. The saddles are made of galvanised steel and are equipped with a rubber seal (SAFE) to ensure a completely airtight connection.
