It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you report any complaints to us first by emailing info@intovent.nl. Does this not lead to a solution? Then it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

As of 15 February 2016, EU consumers will also be able to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
