By improving installation performance and reducing energy consumption, Aerfoam is a time-saving solution that meets the highest demands, absorbs sound and prevents heat loss. A completely insulated Ubbink duct system includes ducts and fittings. Placing a bend makes it possible to lay a ventilation duct in a corner or curve. In addition to the Aerfoam bend 30°, Ubbink also produces bends with 15, 45 and 90 degrees.

Ubbink's duct systems are easy to install without tools. The ducts can be attached to other fittings using the coupling pieces (for mechanical connections). By using a mechanical connection, the installation can be disassembled (for cleaning) and the inner walls are smooth. The use of the insulating jacket reduces noise in ventilation ducts, resulting in a low-noise ventilation system. Ubbink's Aerfoam bend is made of plastic and Expanded Polyethylene (EPE) as insulation. This is an extremely light material, easy to cut, elastic and impact resistant, which will not rust.
