Aerfoam is a time-saving solution that meets the highest demands. The system prevents heat loss and is sound dampening, which reduces energy consumption and improves the performance of the ventilation system. A completely insulated Ubbink duct system includes ducts and fittings. Properly insulating ducts prevents temperature losses and condensation that can occur when the air in the duct differs from the air outside. Thanks to a round shape and smooth inner wall, these Aerfoam extension ducts offer little resistance to the ventilation system and are very resistant to under and over pressure.

No tools are required to install Ubbink's duct systems. The couplings are used to mechanically connect ducts and fittings. A mechanical connection eliminates the need for tape, allowing the installation to be disassembled for easy cleaning and creating a continuous smooth inner wall. Due to the acoustic properties of the insulation jacket, the noise in ventilation ducts is reduced, resulting in a low-noise ventilation system. It is made of plastic and Expanded Polyethylene (EPE) insulation material. This material is not only extremely light and easy to cut, but also elastic, impact resistant and rustproof. This specific Aerfoam extension duct has a diameter of Ø 160 mm and a length of 2000 mm (2 m).
