  • Product with status delivery time upon request. What does this actually indicate?

    The item you are looking for has the status "Delivery time upon request". But what does that mean?

    It is not always possible for us to provide an exact delivery time. The market is currently experiencing a shortage of materials and this has resulted in longer than usual production and delivery times from our suppliers. This is a common challenge faced by many companies in today's market and it has affected the availability of certain products and parts that we need to fulfil orders. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    In addition, while most of the products in our range are available from stock, we also offer the possibility of ordering products that are not in our range. For these products we can only give a delivery lead time after request. In such cases you can contact our customer service for more information.

  • How much shipping costs do I have to pay?

    At Intovent you can pay in a variety of ways. All payment methods are secure and cost you nothing as a customer. After you have paid, your order will be dispatched within 2 to 5 working days, unless otherwise stated. Intovent sends all parcels with DPD, a reliable partner specialising in parcel logistics. DPD delivers from Monday to Friday and guarantees that 95% of parcels are delivered within one working day.

    Shipping costs in the Netherlands
    For orders up to € 30,- Intovent charges € 4,95 shipping costs, regardless of the number of items, price and size. From an order value of € 30,- shipping is free.

    Shipping costs in Belgium
    For orders up to € 75,- Intovent charges € 4,95 shipping costs, regardless of the number of items, price and size. From an order value of € 75,- shipping is free.

  • I have a question regarding the delivery of my order

  • Pallet delivery, what does it involve?

    Due to the weight and/or size of the shipment, some orders are delivered on pallets.

    For these shipments, a Track & Trace service is not available. Instead, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the scheduled delivery date and the driver will contact you by phone 1/2 hour prior to the delivery time.

    Please note that pallet returns are not covered by our standard returns policy.

  • How (fast) is delivery?

    Fast delivery is important to us at Intovent. For all products in stock, your order will be despatched the next working day. It is also possible to have your parcel delivered to a DPD parcel shop so that you can collect it at a time that is convenient for you. You can indicate this when you receive a Track and Trace number from DPD. You can also select your preferred parcel shop here.

  • What happens if my parcel is delivered when I am not at home?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code from DPD. DPD will inform you in advance when and at what time the parcel will be delivered. If this is not convenient, you can make a new appointment via www.nieuwelevering.nl. You can also choose to collect the parcel from a DPD ParcelShop near you.

    Please note that different conditions apply to pallet deliveries.

  • Are returns free of charge?

    Except for pallet deliveries, you can return your order free of charge within 90 days. If it is a pallet delivery, the cost is for the customer.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Already paid amounts will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the returned order to the same account from which the payment was made.
