Description
Terminal seal from Ubbink that provides an airtight finish along the roof terminal fabric. Airtight building measurements have shown that most leaks occur at the connection of roof penetrations. Moist air flows out of the house through gaps along the roof penetration and condenses in the roof structure. As a result, the roof penetration appears to be leaking. Moreover, moisture in the roof can eventually damage the structure or cause mould growth. On the inside, the terminal seal is fitted with a flexible rubber membrane that makes it fit tightly to the pipe. This roof seal is suitable for a terminal with diameter 180 mm to 250 mm and roof pitch of 0°.
